We just bought a house with the help of Tracy Hunter. We moved literally from across the country and she was on the ball the entire time for us. For a house-hunting trip, I put together a list of about 12 addresses I wanted to tour and she was able to get appointments for all of them for us to see in a day. I sent texts with the most random questions (first time homeowner) at odd times of the morning and she was prompt, fully explained her answers, and was generally a pleasure to work with. Tracy was able to deal with our VA loan with absolutely no problem, and was flexible when we changed some mortgage related details at the very end. She even gave us a housewarming gift when we finally got into town and settled in a bit :) 10/5 stars. I hope to not have to move any time soon but would recommend her to anyone in need of a RE agent.
